The Resolution Insurance USSD code is *271#. To make payments for your insurance premiums all you need is a mobile phone with a Safaricom mpesa line.
After you dial the code on your phone, select payments then select the policy cover you want to pay for – either motor, salvage,medical or non motor insurance cover.

The Resolution Insurance Paybill no is 503100. To make payments for your insurance premiums follow the steps below;
- Go to mpesa menu
- Select lips na mpesa
- Enter business number 503100 (Resolution Insurance Paybill no.)
- Account number (enter motor vehicle registration number or Policy/member number)
- Enter premium amount to pay
- Enter Mpesa PIN
- Confirm and submit
