The process to take when you are ready to repay your Tunzi loan is as follows:

Step 1. Go to your Mpesa menu and select Lipa na Mpesa.

Step 2. Select the pay bill option and enter business no: 800950.

Step 3. Enter your phone number as the account number.

Step 4. Include payment amount, enter pin and pay.

The company does not have any penalty charges or late repayment fees. 

You are, however,  given a 90 day grace period to pay. After which, failure to pay  will force the company to report you to CRB ( Credit Reference Bureau.)  You can take a look at their Privacy policy to be more adept with the legal aspect of defaulting on your Tunzi loan. 

Did you pay  Ksh 400 and didn’t qualify for a loan withTunzi and now you would like a refund? Unfortunately, that money is gone. Tunzi Capital is covered under the indemnity clause of the agreement when you chose to use their services. Basically, you absolve Tunzi Capital from all liability for loss or damage.
